Night Time Eating Pull

So yesterday I did really well with food and exercise.  I woke up at midnight starving so I ate a small bowl (about a cup) of frosted bite size shredded wheat with 2% milk then went right back to sleep.  I woke up this morning thinking what the hell were you doing eating cereal at midnight.  My sleep is never broken to wake up and eat.  I am figuring that I probably did not eat enough to account for all of the exercising yesterday.  I stepped on the scale this morning with no gain but a 2lb loss.  I will take that loss and run with it.

I am not looking at this as a weakness, I would just like some input about waking up at midnight starving.   I literally was really hungry, I did not get the cereal just because I wanted a snack I really felt hungry.

At any rate.  Good luck Wildcats on your weigh ins tomorrow.  Hopefully we will all have losses.

I found that if I eat a lot during the day, small meals, 5 to 6 times a day say, that by the end of the day I’m no longer hungry and sleep a nice peaceful sleep without waking up. This may help you fight thought nightime cravings! Keep it up, and one day you’ll win the battle. :)
