Buddy Slimmers are amazing

I did it again.  I lost three pounds it may only be three pounds but I am feeling good about it.  Thanks to all my buddyslim buddies for all the love and support and for welcoming me back.

This site and the people on it are just wonderful.  I am glad to be back.  Have a great weekend everybody and keep on losing.
