Trying to Get Healthy and Keep the Weight Off
Well It has been a really long time since I have been on Buddyslim. This seems the only place that really keeps me motivated and on track.
I finally quit smoking and with that being said I have gained all the weight back that I initially lost. I am staying positive at least I quit smoking. I keep telling myself I will loose the weight.
I go to the gym everyday and workout for at least 30 minutes Mon-Fri on the eliptical but the scale doesn’t seem to be moving. I am going to stay motivated and not let that get me down.
I was wondering if any of the weight loss teams have an opening for a new member if so please let me know.
