Frustrated as all He!!
So weigh in day is tomorrow. Due to the fact I have been exercising all week and eating right I decide to take a sneak peak at the scale, I was all excited then
what do I see a 5 lb weight gain.
I am so dag on frustrated. I am like what the hell. I did not cheat all week, my food is on point and I have been doing
all week. I just don’t get it.
At any rate I am not giving up. I am going to keep on pushing and redo my meal plans. Something just gotta give.
Any advice you guys have please feel free to drop me a line. I would really appreciatel.
To my fellow Diamonds I am sorry I am not any help to you guys this week.l
Don’t stress too much. Our bodies our mysterious beings. Every time I think I am doing so well, I gain and then when I don’t stress too much about it, I lose. I don’t get it either. Just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing and it will catch up. Don’t be sorry. We are all here for each other: loss or gain. Go Diamonds!!
I wish I could give advice, but I have been working out too and those dang pounds just keep holding on! I assume one day I will wake up and they will be gone and oh, how I will miss them. Keep workin out and they will leave!
TRACK YOU FOOD INTAKE! Do it for one week! Use FitDay.com to do it. Be honest and log it ALL on there, every single thing you put in your mouth. Portions, PORTIONS. I know when I started doing this a few days ago, it was a REAL EYE OPENER for me. It may help you to see where you are with
the food.
Other than that little piece of advise, just keep on truckin sista! Just keep on keepin on and you WILL make progress.
Huggggggggggggggggs,
Shan
Do not throw the towel in! Keep up the excersise! And take another look at what your eating ! Sometimes when I pig-out I worry I’ve put on what I’ve been working hard to take of and then I found the scales have not moved ( what a relief) dont understand it though! Do something long enough like 3 weeks and your body does start to move in the direction of your eating , so hang in there, keep moving, eating right but less- it will shift downwards!
I love Tae Bo! IT’s MUSCLE….. Keep working it! Muscle weighs more than fat! I did Tae Bo about 8 years ago faithfully and I lost about 30 lbs. I just resently got back into it, it’s hard core…..but I love it! Don’t go by the scale, go by how you feel!!!
I love your positive attitude!
Hey girl, I’ve been at a plateau for the last month and I’ve done my best to stay on plan too. Sooner or later it’ll work itself out and we will lose the weight.
Keep doing it!

MUSCLE, MUSCLE, MUSCLE…..
I went through exactly what you’re going through. I soon learned it was all my muscle building exercises I was doing. Don’t worry and most importantly, don’t give up on what you are doing!
Building muscle is much better and seeing a quick weight drop on the scale. Your new lean muscle burn calories longer and also burns the fat it’s surrounded by. It doesn’t actually weight more than fat but its more dense, and you might weigh more cuz you built to the muscle, and it’s just getting started on burning away the fat.
You’re doing it right! Just wait and see!
I say sometimes these things happen. I’ve been doing all the right things and finally the scale moved this week by .5. And I’m running like crazy and pushing it! So all I can see is just keep doing all the right things. I wouldn’t doubt if the scale moved after your official weigh in. It’s happened to me before. Maybe you took in too much salt recently and holding lots of water. Just be patient. If that scale doesn’t move after a few more days of doing the right thing then maybe something needs to changed up. Maybe you need to add in another workout day (if you can fit one in). But just wait and see. Our bodies do weird things.
I have been stuck in one place for a month or more. We just gotta keep on plugging away, you can do it!

I hate weeks like that. Maybe your retaining water or not drinking enough water for all the exercise you have been doing. Sometimes if you are exercising a lot you have to add more calories to your diet. Don’t worry about us Diamonds we all have good weeks and bad!
