Starting Over Again
I fell off the wagon back in February of this year. I had a lot of things going on in my personal life that I really needed to focus on, but now it’s back to me. Home life seems to have settled down and now it’s time to refocus on me and my 30lb weight gain.
I am not depressed about it. Because I know Billy Blanks 
and Shaun T
will work it off.
Angela & Kama you better watch out your girl is back.
Well I have joined the Diamonds (Go Diamonds). 
I was initally going to start getting back on track on Sunday but when I stepped on the scale this morning and seen the numbers I said oh hell no, their is no time like the present to start shedding these pounds.
Hope everyone is staying on track and exercising.
Quick note to my girl Angela, my thoughts and prayers are with you and I am throwing hugs and kisses your way.

Welcome back! Sorry you went through a bad period. You’re back and can do it. I did the same thing, lost a lot of weight, lost track for a few months and gained 30 lbs back.

Hey Girl you know I am so happy that my bestest buddy is back! Now there will be no fighting over my men SHAUN T and Billy do you here me? lol Seriously you can have them for a few weeks until I get situated again…and don’t sweat the gain we all seemed to have gained one thing or another lol this too shall pass.
